TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRICES
Orders are accepted on the understanding that the price invoiced will be that of the time of invoice. We rerserve the right to change the current prices without prior notice.
ORDERING
You may order by telephone or fax on 01460 242294, giving your address and credit card details and delivery address if different. By cheque for orders valued less than £10.00. Alternatively you can email on sales@trimsport.freeserve.co.uk. Credit card payments are only taken at the time of despatch, no payments are taken for items not in stock of the time of ordering without prior agreement. Please note that our web site does not operate a secure server and any personal details are given at your discretion.
RETURNS
Goods returned must be in original as supplied condition {no mods or damage}. Carrage paid by the purchaser and the purchaser to have notified our sales staff within 14 days of the invoice date, that these goods are to be returned and this is in addition to your statutory rights. In the unlikely event of goods being supplied incorrectly, defective in any way or unsuitable for the purpose they were supplied, notify our sales department within 14 days and subject to our agreement we will authorise full refund or repacement.
DELIVERY
All goods are subject to carriage charges and non deliveries are to be notified within 7 days of the order being placed unless delivery agreed otherwise. Any goods being received in a damaged condition, with shortages or incorrect items must be notified within 24 hours of reciept. Please make sure you retain any damaged packaging and paperwork from the carrier.
